I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. The staff, especially Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Swathi, went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. However, there were some issues regarding communication and coordination for reservations that could use improvement.
